Raised on bluegrass pasture and grass-fed with a thoughtful grain finish, this beef delivers exceptional flavor, tenderness, and a full variety of cuts—ideal for families, groups, or those who enjoy hosting and cooking at home.

A Whole Beef Share is USDA processed and packaged for quality and safety assurance and is dry-aged for 12–21 days, depending on the processor available at the time of processing.

How It Works

1. Choose Your Share

Select the beef share that best fits your needs—quarter, half, or whole.

2. Reserve Your Share

Place your deposit to secure your whole beef share.

3. Processing & Customization

With a Whole Beef Share, you’ll work directly with our USDA processor to fully customize your cut sheet, selecting cuts, sizes, and packaging preferences that best suit your needs.

You will be emailed the processor’s cut form once your processing date is scheduled. Completed cut sheets must be returned to the processor at least 7 days prior to processing.

We send beef to our USDA processor throughout the year. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you with your processing timeline and next steps.

4. Pickup or Local Delivery

Your beef will be professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen, ready for ranch pickup. Free delivery within 25 miles of Lazy 4 T Ranch is available for half and whole beef shares.

Storage & Delivery

A Half Beef Share fits well in a large chest freezer (approximately 10 cubic feet). Delivery is available within 30 miles of Lazy 4 T Ranch, or pickup can be arranged directly with our USDA processor once your beef is ready.

How Long Will It Last?

Well suited for families who cook with beef regularly, a Half Beef Share can provide a family of four with beef for approximately six months when enjoyed up to four days per week.

Satisfactory Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our beef shares and are confident you will love them.

If you are not satisfied with your beef share, please contact us within 10 days of delivery or pickup. We will offer replacement beef, but not a full refund.

To remain eligible for this guarantee:

  • Beef must be stored in a freezer at 0°F or below
  • Beef must remain in the original processor packaging
  • Beef must not be partially consumed

Improper storage, freezer burn, contamination, or partial consumption will void this guarantee.
