Lazy 4T Ranch offers two private ranch accommodations in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, for travelers who want more than a room for the night. Wake up near the horses, settle into the quiet of the country, and choose how much of ranch life you want to add to your stay.
We've been grateful to welcome guests from across the United States and from Australia, England, Germany, Japan, Mexico, and Canada. No matter how far someone travels, we want their time here to feel personal, comfortable, and unhurried.

Lazy Ridge is our spacious ranch-style retreat — designed for families and groups who want the full Kentucky ranch experience with modern comforts. Cowhide décor, warm lighting, and sweeping views of the property make this a one-of-a-kind getaway.
Spend your mornings watching horses in the pasture, your afternoons exploring the ranch, and your evenings on the porch under a Kentucky sky. Pets welcome.

Our original ranch getaway — cozy, authentic, and full of character. Nestled right against the horse stables, you'll fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the ranch. Wake up to fresh Kentucky air, visit with the horses, meet the dogs, and experience the real rhythm of life on Lazy 4T Ranch.
The Bunkhouse is perfect for couples or small groups who want an intimate, authentic ranch experience without any frills — just good horses, good people, and good memories.
Plan the Trip
Both accommodations have a two-night minimum. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Ranch experiences are purchased separately and may be added to a stay or booked on their own for the day.
Guests travel to the ranch through Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airports. Louisville is the closest major airport; the others offer additional flight options. Plan to arrange ground transportation, and allow extra time for traffic and weather.
The Bunkhouse has no entry steps, but neither accommodation is represented as ADA-compliant or wheelchair accessible. Please contact Michelle before booking so you can talk through individual mobility needs and decide whether the space is a workable fit.

Ranch Experiences · With or Without a Stay
Guests can add an experience to the time they are already spending at the ranch. If you are not staying overnight, you are just as welcome to book a one-time riding lesson, privately guided trail ride, or half-day ranch experience on its own. We keep each visit private or small and shape the time around the people joining us.
A private, confidence-building hour shaped around the rider, with hands-on guidance in riding basics, horse handling, balance, and communication.
